Kia ora bloggers, today I am going to blog about the Summer Learning Journey.We had Megan from the summer learning journey to talk about what the summer learning journey is and how you could win one of the prizes. first we had to open a pdf which had the activity's that we had to do here are some facts about Australia

Facts

  • Wombat poo is shaped like a cube!
  • Koalas sleep for about 20 hours per day
  • 17 of the world's most poisonous snakes can be found in Australia
  • Australia has a larger population of camels than Egypt
  • Tasmanian Devils have the strongest bite per body size of any mammal
  • The record jump recorded by a kangaroo is a whopping 9 metres (30 feet) in a single leap!

      My name is Brooklyn and I am a Student in Te Waka Ako at Waikowhai Primary School. I really like how you blogged about this because I am doing this too. The country I chose was Japan. Maybe next time you could say what part of Australia you would go too! I would like to go to Sydney.
