Gymnastic at Tri Star

Gymnastic at Tri Star
Talofa lava Bloggers, Last week and this week we walked to gymnastic at Tri Star.We started gymnastic in our school hall in week five then we went to Tri Star last week on Wednesday with room 6 and this week on Monday with Mokoroa. There were lots of trampolines, lots of bars and A foam pit. My favourite things to go on were the foam pit and the bouncy trampolines. I could only remember one of the coaches and her name was Coach Mo but there were about five coaches. I really like going to Tri Star because I get to jump into a foam pit for the first time but I also didn't because I was so tired walking down and back up.Please comment on my work and please keep on cheeking my blog now and then but for now BLOG YOU LATER!!!

    Writing Tumble and Maths Tumble

    Writing Tumble and Maths tumble

Hey bloggers, today I am going to blog about writing tumble and maths tumble for Te Waka Ako. In maths tumble we had some Must do's which means we must do something before Friday, some should do's when we should do something before Friday and could do's when we could do something before Friday. My favourite one out of these two is maths tumble because I personally like maths more than writing. Somethings in my maths and writing tumble have not been done yet because I didn't have time but all of my must do's are all done. Sometimes I would get angry or stressed when I don't know the answer or I don't know what to write because I get stuck for a very long time but after a while I will calm down and figure it out. I would definitely do something like this another time. If you like my blog post please feel free to leave a helpful, thoughtful and positive comment .
    See ya latter bloggers!

    Literacy Tumble

    Literacy Tumble
Hi guys, today I am going to blog about our Literacy Tumble. If you don't know what a Literacy Tumble is, well it is when you have your groups that you have to go to at different time and you have  do a slideshow that has five must do's, three should do's and three could do's. You have to get all of the must do's finished by Friday and you could do the could do's and should do's. My favourite part off the literacy tumble is commenting on someone else's blog or another class blog and doing my reading follow up.   Here is my Literacy tumble slideshow for this week but I'm not quite finished yet so here is what I have done. Please comment on my post and comment what I can improve so that I can do that next time.See Ya Latter Bloggers!

    Improving Comment

    Improving Comment
Hey blogger, today I'm going to do a post about what I did in cybersmart today.First we had to find a partner and open there blog to do a comment, my partner was my friend, Sebastian.
After we open up our partners blog our teacher (Miss Paterson) said to comment on the latest blog post, so Sebastian's latest blog post was going to the Auckland Zoo and he also had a video. After I read his blog post(and Watched the video), I typed my comment and showed my teacher and said to me to go change some mistakes and then I could publish my comment. Then When we were all finished we did a google drawing that said to improve your comment and to see what we didn't do that we could do.Please comment on my work (the will be really helpful) and keep on checking out my blog. Blog you latter!!!

    Interland

    Interland Work
Hey Bloggers, for the past  couple of weeks in cybersmart we have been going on a cybersmart game called Interland. In Interland there are four islands that tell a message, and we had to figure out which option we will choose. It is all about being cybersmart. One of the islands was called tower of treasure. It was all about thinking about the strongest password that nobody will figure out. Another island was called  Kind kingdom. It was all about stopping the cyberbully robots and helping the robots that were getting cyberbullied by giving them good compliments. One of the islands that I struggled with was Mindful Mountain. I struggled with it because it was hard to find out which glass  I  would hit  that would take my message to the right person. The last Island was called Reality River. The robot would give you a sentence that you would have to find the right option to get to the other side of the island and you would need to do ten of those. If you like my post please leave a positive, thoughtful and helpful comment.Blog you Latter!!!

    Technology

Technology WorkHey Bloggers , For the past three weeks on Fridays Te Waka Ako has been doing some technology work. In all our classes we have done some work on technology. In Hauraki we made a Geo board out of wood, in Waitemata we did a technology challenge called the BP challenge, and in Manukau we did a technology circuits of electricity.

Geo boards   So on the first Friday I was in Hauraki with Mr Kim and Ms Sands doing the Geo boards. We needed Cardboard, a hammer, nails, ruler, rubber bands, marker.First of all we would need to use our ruler to measure the wood 12 by 12, then cut it with the chainsaw carefully ( you would might need someone to help you ) .Next take your marker and your ruler, and measure it 5 meters and put a dot on the wood with you marker, and keep on doing that. Then use your hammer and some nails to hammer the nails on the dots but don't hammer it all the way in, then when you have finished that you can use your rubber bands and make shapes or pictures with it.I learnt that to patience when I am doing something difficult and to not rush it or else I wont do it right.

    The BP challenge

The second Friday I was in Waitemata with Mr Ratternburry doing the BP challenge. We needed 1 marble, 3 pieces of paper, 2 pieces of tape that was 2 meters, 1 plastic cup, 3 normal sized straws, 4 ice-block sticks,5 pick sticks and 2 meters of string.First Mr Ratternburry told us the rules, The rules was that your project can't touch the floor, it has to be table height sot that mean it can be lower than the table.I  learnt to work as a together as a team.
