Halving and Doubling

In Te Waka Ako in week 7 for maths we learned how to double a number and halve a number.
Some of the questions were difficult and some of these were easy because I already knew what  the answer was. My favourite slide was slide number three. I haven't done doubling and halving so this is my
first time doubling and halving numbers.

It was easy even when it my first time doing this kind of maths but it was still fun to do.
Next time I would like to challenge myself with other problems and I hope you enjoy watching my
slideshow.

Facts about the Rocket

In term two in our new building [Te Waka Ako]my reading class we did a infographic about the rocket launch one of the Articles on kiwi kids news.We had to use symbols and pictures to explain what we are writing in our shape.I liked that Article cause it was telling me what was launching in New Zealand.

It was a little bit easy because we got an Article on kiwi kids news and also a little bit hard what to write and what symbols should I use.

Te Waka Ako

Hello all those people out there if you are looking at my work.My work is about the Senor Syndicate new buildings and if you haven't checked out Room 7, 8 and 9 blogs go check it now. My has the six thinking hats and all the six hats has a colour red, blue, green,  yellow, black and white. All those colours presents something the white presents the Information, blue presents what should I do now?, Yellow presents good things, red presents how he feels, black presents bad things, green presents what was creative?
Look at my work for more information about our new buildings.

It was easy  because the three classes [Manukau, Haraki and Waitemata] are inside the New buildings.It is very cool learning in this building because it has new furniture and new spaces.The whole building name is Te Waka Ako.

CAESAR THE ANZAC DOG

In Term Two we read a story called Caesar the Anzac Dog. It was all about the war and soldiers that went to the war. Caesar war one of the red cross Dogs and recross dogs help soldiers that had been wounded and bring any thing back to the trenches and lead the other soldiers to that wounded soldiers. This is a true story.

It was easy because at our school we have 8 of Caesar the Anzac and we could use it to help with Caesar the Anzac dog.

WALT describe using our senses

	Nurses helping the soldiers when they are Hurt and people getting shot from other Soldiers guns and bombs.
	Bombs zooming through the sky like an jet And bullets Zooming 1 mile per hour and People Calling for there Men.
	The grass when i fall and the horrible food We have to eat and the smoke bombs that The Other countries  have  dropped on the ground.
	The wet muddy grass on people's uniform And the rats in the trenches and the Rotten food that the soldiers have not Ate because it was no good.
	The rain dripping from the grey sky And people shot me instead of others. Feel my gun shaking .
	Terrified Scared Horrified
	I thought i died But this is No man land.

In Team Two on our Chromebooks we Wrote about us being soldiers in the war and we used what we see, what we hear, what we taste, what we smell, what we feel, what we feel inside your heart and what you thinking.
It was easy to pretend to be a soldiers because we watched a lot of videos  about the war.

ANZAC DAY

ANZAC DAY

“Wow” I said to myself

“this Milo is so nice” I said to myself again while I was staring outside the back door listening to the radio. it said that today would be sunny.

it Also said what it would be like tomorrow, either sunny or rainy. After I had my Milo  I put the bread in the toaster and left it for 3 mins. When the toast was finished I Used my hands and I tried to get the toast out, but it did not come out so I tipped it and it came out.  

25th of April had came to 2017. On Tuesday my family stayed home and helped My parents clean. first we pulled out the Gazebo and put it up.  My mum, Nana, brothers and sisters helped put up the Gazebo. We put it up by using poles and pegs. first we sorted out the poles from one to nine, then we tipped the top upside down because we had to put the poles in. After we tipped it back over and put the mat under it.

After we set up the Gazebo, we got to go to the movies ! it was at 4 o’clock at sylvia park And we watched boss baby. We had  ice-creams and our own chocolates and drinks and chips.we got home at  9 o’clock and fixed our beds and went to sleep for another day.

For Writing we Wrote about our Anzac day but some of us didn't Celebrate Anzac and some of my family didn't know it was Anzac day.
It wasn't that easy  because I didn't remember anything on Anzac day but when I went home I talked to my mum and she helped me remember what we did on Anzac day.   

My blog Audience

In Cyber smart we have been learning about our digital Foot Steps, who is looking at our blogs and to delete stuff that we don't want other people to see[Private  stuff].We created a blog Audience drawing and we did this for the people who see our blogs.

It was easy Because I knew how to take screen shots and copy and paste. It was not that easy because it was the first time I have ever using a chromebook drawing but I had the hang of it when my friends told me how to use the chromebook.
