Cybersmart slideshow

Hello bloggers, last week in cybersmart with Gerarrd we did a slideshow about how to do a quality blog comment.I did my quality comment on Zaria from Hay Park school and I also did my screencastify On my slide show.On Zaria's blog I choose her P.E skateboarding with her teachers
Michaela, Aiden and Martin.I choose P.E skateboarding because I did skateboarding at my school with Aiden and Martin.

This slideshow was a bit hard because there were lots of slides and some hard things on the slides.
I would like to do something like this in the next cybersmart session.

Magical World Of Crazy Science

Hello Bloggers, today we had a science show and our teachers were Richard and Robyn. In the science show there were  cool magic tricks and one of the magic tricks was with a hair blower and a ping bong ball. The cool thing about that magic trick was that Richard turned on the hair dryer and put the ball on it. When it was on and he did the same thing but with bigger objects and with toilet  paper and that was one of my favourite magic tricks in the science show.The ball stayed up because fast. moving air pushes up while gravity pulls it down. My other favourite magic trick was the rocket one, the rocket trick was that he put water and tablets in a container and put the lid on.Then after the lid blow off an went off like a rocket ship.

The science show was amazing and some of the magic tricks had facts that I did not know about.All the magic tricks was really amazing and the teacher was great science people.I really liked the science show because there were all sorts of  magic tricks.If you liked my blog post please leave a comment and please keep on looking at my blog!

BAD LUCK AT CAMP (POEM)

Hello Bloggers, This week the senior syndicate made a Couplet poem about Camp in week 5.My poem is called BAD LUCK AT CAMP and we had to make the last word rhyme with the other word on the bottom line.When we was finishing it off yesterday we got to lessen to music on our Chromebooks so we could be quiet and finish our work. This is my poem if you can't see the photo.

BAD LUCK AT CAMP
I WAS CLIMBING HIGH TREES
SUDDENLY I WAS CHASED BY BEES
AT NIGHT IT WASN'T BRIGHT
BECAUSE I ONLY HAD MY FLASHLIGHT
I WENT TO BED
WOKE UP I HIT MY HEAD                                              
IT WAS FUN AT CAMP                                                           UNTIL THE RAIN FELL AND MADE IT DAMP


This was really fun because this is one of my favourite and best poems I have made. This was also kind
of easy because we got to do this after camp.I would like to do this again sometime this

CAMP

In week 5 some of the year 5 and 6 went on camp to Mt Ruapehu for 4 days.
We stayed at a hotel that is called The Park and we had breakfast, dinner and
Game night. We made a  slide show about what we did at camp and details
 of my 4 day Ruapehu. Some of the slides was about what we did on
the stops on the way. There were Challenges on the way, One challenge
was a scavenger hunt. The scavenger hunt was the at Hamilton Gardens,
The second Challenge was at the Otorohanga Walkway. At
the Otorohanga Walkway there were boards that
had information on them. We got papers that had a picture of a board and some
questions on it that we had to wind the answer on that board.

At camp there was some fun stops on the way back to Waikowhai and on the
way to the hotel. My favourite stop was at Taupo pools because it was hot,
you were aloud to do bombs and because there were nice life guards.
My favourite part at the hotel was hanging out with my room buddy's
[Hame, Faidhi, Conroy]and playing games and game night.
My favourite part on the mountain was snowboarding down and
coming back up on the chair lifts, Going on the toboggans .

Taekwondo

Taekwondo
This week room Hauraki did Taekwondo. In Taekwondo we did some relays and some competitions.The relays was that we had to go half way and do 10 set ups, shoulder taps then go to the end and do 20 more push ups and 20 more shoulder taps.


The hard part was trying to use my scissor kick to kick the pad and move on to the next round.

Wonder Map

This week the senior syndicate did a wonder map about our topic  [Mountain animals].
If you guys don't know what a wonder map is, well it is a template that has four wonders and
four thinks. So with your wonders and you thinks you would need to put in one of the wonder bubbles
what you wonder/find out about your topic and with your thinking box you would need to think
about your wonder.

My work was kind of easy because my topic was related to my book I got from our school
library. It was called 24 hour Mountain.This template was fun to me because I did lots of

Maths Creation

Yesterday in Te Waka Ako the senior syndicate did a math task.The math task was about creating a tent with only tooth picks and clay.My problems with my tent was that it kept falling down and breaking because it was not stable.The fun thing about creating a tent was that we could make different types of tents.I found out the if you try to make a tent it had to be stable and For my tent these are the shapes I used triangles, pyramid and squares.

It was hard because it would't balance and because the tooth picks kept on coming out of
