Wonder Map

This week the senior syndicate did a wonder map about our topic  [Mountain animals].
If you guys don't know what a wonder map is, well it is a template that has four wonders and
four thinks. So with your wonders and you thinks you would need to put in one of the wonder bubbles
what you wonder/find out about your topic and with your thinking box you would need to think
about your wonder.

My work was kind of easy because my topic was related to my book I got from our school
library. It was called 24 hour Mountain.This template was fun to me because I did lots of

Maths Creation

Yesterday in Te Waka Ako the senior syndicate did a math task.The math task was about creating a tent with only tooth picks and clay.My problems with my tent was that it kept falling down and breaking because it was not stable.The fun thing about creating a tent was that we could make different types of tents.I found out the if you try to make a tent it had to be stable and For my tent these are the shapes I used triangles, pyramid and squares.

It was hard because it would't balance and because the tooth picks kept on coming out of
the clay but it was fun at the same time. I hope you like my blog post if you did please leave a comment.

Define Map

In Term Three the senior syndicate did a define map about a topic we have chosen[My topic is Montain Animals].What we had to do is
to see what's relevant to your topic and what's not relevant.this was really fun to do because I like doing
define map's like this one.We are doing this because on week five the Hole syndicate is going to Mt Ruapehu.

It was a bit easy because I did define map's last year and I am really used to it.

ALL ABOUT ME

In Term one in Room 9 we had to do a all about me template.What you needed on you template was your favourite food, favourite sport, two things you are really good at,  favourite book, favourite subject, favourite song/artist, birth day month and you name.


It was easy because I knew what is my favourite sport and what my birthday month was.It was really fun
to do this and I would like to do this some time this year.I'm doing this now because I want people to know me better.Sorry for the late post.

Halving and Doubling

In Te Waka Ako in week 7 for maths we learned how to double a number and halve a number.
Some of the questions were difficult and some of these were easy because I already knew what  the answer was. My favourite slide was slide number three. I haven't done doubling and halving so this is my
first time doubling and halving numbers.

It was easy even when it my first time doing this kind of maths but it was still fun to do.
Next time I would like to challenge myself with other problems and I hope you enjoy watching my
slideshow.

Facts about the Rocket

In term two in our new building [Te Waka Ako]my reading class we did a infographic about the rocket launch one of the Articles on kiwi kids news.We had to use symbols and pictures to explain what we are writing in our shape.I liked that Article cause it was telling me what was launching in New Zealand.

It was a little bit easy because we got an Article on kiwi kids news and also a little bit hard what to write and what symbols should I use.

Te Waka Ako

Hello all those people out there if you are looking at my work.My work is about the Senor Syndicate new buildings and if you haven't checked out Room 7, 8 and 9 blogs go check it now. My has the six thinking hats and all the six hats has a colour red, blue, green,  yellow, black and white. All those colours presents something the white presents the Information, blue presents what should I do now?, Yellow presents good things, red presents how he feels, black presents bad things, green presents what was creative?
Look at my work for more information about our new buildings.

It was easy  because the three classes [Manukau, Haraki and Waitemata] are inside the New buildings.It is very cool learning in this building because it has new furniture and new spaces.The whole building name is Te Waka Ako.
